Setup takes less than 15 minutes. We connect your Playtomic venue via a secure API interface. Bookings are synchronised every 60 seconds and immediately converted into access codes.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The on-site controllers store all access codes for booked slots locally. If the internet fails, players can still enter their codes at the door reader.
Who installs the hardware?
We deliver pre-assembled bundles (controllers, relays, QR scanners). Any qualified local electrician installs them within a few hours using our wiring diagram.
Can I customise the lighting lead time?
Yes. In the Sport Access Manager or operator app, you set how many minutes before play the lead-in light turns on and how long the follow-up light stays on.
