How do purchase and entry work with 10-visit cards?
The customer buys the 10-visit card in your web shop. The system creates a permanent QR code valid for 10 uses. Each scan deducts one entry; after the 10th scan the code becomes invalid and the customer is asked to top up online. From when a scan counts as a new entry can be set manually.
Can customers check in without a smartphone?
Yes. With self-service terminals at the entrance or on-site points of sale, customers can pay by card and receive a printed QR receipt for the turnstile.
What happens during an internet outage?
The local access controllers store all active permissions, subscriptions and QR codes. If the internet is temporarily down, the turnstiles keep validating offline.
Can members bring friends?
You decide via the ticket settings: within a time window, a code can allow entering and leaving the facility, or multi-entry tickets deduct several credits. Whatever fits your business model.
How is hall lighting controlled when nobody is climbing?
